Located on St. Charles Avenue, the Park View Historic Hotel is beautifully restored by local New Orleanians. The hotel was built to welcome the guests of World International and Cotton Exposition. It is just a few minutes away from Tulane and Loyola University. The Inn is a space with quality furnishings and good antiques.

The antique-filled mansion consists of the private bathroom which is served with a continental breakfast in the Audubon Dining Room from 7 am to 10 am. Complimentary wine, sweets, and soft drinks are essentially supplied to guests staying in the hotel.
